Colorado Rockies shortstop Troy Tulowitzki is getting closer to returning to the team after going down with a wrist injury.
Tulowitzki has started to take light batting practice and has been making outstanding progress.
The team considered making a trade to find someone to fill in for Tulowitzki while he was out but opted instead to remain patient.
That appears to have paid off, as the shortstop is ahead of schedule in his recovery from the wrist injury. (Read More…)

Despite the absence of shortstop Troy Tulowitzki, the Colorado Rockies continue to play good baseball.
TheĀ Rockies areĀ 16-7 without him, which just goes to show that baseball truly is a team sport.

Kyle Parker was selected by the Colorado Rockies in the first round of the MLB Draft and has said he plans to give up football.
