The team president of the Colorado Rockies, Keli McGregor, was found dead in his hotel room. He was just 48 years old.
McGregor was on a work trip when two of his associates became concerned that they couldn’t get in contact with him.
They asked hotel security to check on McGregor, and they found him laying unconcious in his room.
Efforts to revive McGregor were unsuccessful, and it is believed that he died of natural causes.
An autopsy is planned to determine the exact cause of death, which is a shocking one to say the least.

Just when things were looking up, the Colorado Rockies have once again shut down closer Houston Street.
Street has been bothered by stiffness in his right shoulder all spring but has tried to pitch through some of it.
This is the third time he has been shut down this spring. He was on a throwing program to try and work through it.
Street will now begin the season on the disabled list and probably won’t return until at least late April.
Franklin Morales is expected take over the closer duties until Street is healthy and able to return.
